 As we travel on this life journey, we may face many challenges that require adapting and adjusting to life's changes. Therapy can help us understand these obstacles and learn new ways of overcoming them to create the life that we desire. My goal is to establish a collaborative, mutual therapeutic relationship of care, support and provide a nonjudgement space for my clients to recognize, share life experiences, and foster valuable coping skills. Together, we could identify the patterns limiting your life and develop tools to gain greater sense of clarity, and feelings of empowerment for positive change & reach self-awareness.

I am interested in supporting my clients through Client-Centered Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Trauma-Informed, Adlerian Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy and Existential Therapy to counselling. I also value Mindfulness-Based Approaches that emphasize exploration and bring awareness to uncomfortable thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations.

As you attend to your feelings and inner experiences, new ways to being become evident. Whatever brings you to counselling, I commend your courage and strength during this vulnerable time to seek support, and for that,  would like to walk with you on your journey.
