 My name is Lauren, and I am a Canadian Clinical Counsellor (CCC), a Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia (RCC) and registered member of The Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta and a Counselling Therapist (CT) and a Child and Youth Care Counsellor (CYCC). I have a Master's Degree in Counselling and am in the process of pursuing my provisional psychologist status in the province of Alberta.

I view counselling as the opportunity to walk alongside people who face challenging life circumstances. Forming safe, meaningful. connections along the way can play an integral role in a person's journey toward healing and recovery.
